How do you know what amounts you should eat?
Well, there are some great indicators that can help guide you! These include Hunger, Energy & Comfort.
Hunger
Are you snacking between your main meals?
Do crave something sweet after your meal?
Are you still hungry after your meal?
Do you feel like something was missing from your meal?
Energy
Do you feel tired, lethargic, fatigued, sleepy or down after your meal?
Do you become anxious, restless, or jittery after your meal?
Comfort
Do you experience brain fog or feel out of it after your meal?
Do you experience irritability, obsessiveness, or panicked thoughts after your meal?
Guess what, these can all be signs of an improper ratio of carbs, protein, and fat.
Try experimenting with different portions during your meals and see if makes a difference.
