Blood Sugar Madness
Are you on a blood sugar roller coaster?
The body uses the hormones insulin and glucagon to regulate blood sugar. However, when we constantly over consume carbohydrates it stresses the body and adrenaline and cortisol jump into the mix to help too. Ultimately, eating a diet full of highly refined carbs creates the perfect storm for blood sugar issues, couple in stress and now you have a disaster brewing.

§ Stable energy throughout the day
§ No cravings and no need for snacking
§ No need for afternoon coffee/stimulants
§ The ability to tap into stored energy for fuel when necessary
§ Eating 3 square meals a day with the ability to go 3 – 5 hours without food
§ Even moods
